Why isn't my FireFox working?

Question

I'm on regular Windows IE and it's so slow.

Everytime I click my Firefox nothing happens. Nothing!

I keep clicking it but nothing happens.

Whats wrong?

why don,t you uninstall firefox and reinstall.

You need to clean up your computer, it can sometimes be a virus, or try cleaning your cache, cookies and old files in your internet explorer.

most of the tim eit means there is a new version so just install that one

you need to re-update your computer with the latest install plug-ins. this happened to me a few weeks ago, because my firefox wasn't working either. after i updated and reinstalled my OS, now everything is great!

Go All Programs  Accessories   System Tools  Disk Cleanup...  Clean your disk .. it will remove a lot of temporary unneeded files which  slows your computer. You will be surprised  how much time your computer will take to clean up your stuff.  

After that reboot your computer.

When I had  the same problem as yours it turned out the old version's FF files and the new ones I was installing  got in conflict.

Do you still have an old version of FF?   If  disk cleanup won't help  go Control Panel  Add/Remove Programs  and uninstall  old FF version.

As a last resort if nothing else works,   call www.plumchoice.com  ...it's not free computer help, but they will solve your problem once and for all.

Have you updated your Firefox to the new version? If not, download it, run it and it will restart itself and it should open up and run normally.
