Why isn't my Wii working?

So my Wii hasn't been getting power lately, and it's solved easily by pulling the cord out of the back and putting it back in. But when I tried to turn it on, the picture was all obscured and there was some loud fuzzy sound. I checked the RCA cables, no difference.

Your Wii isn't working because it needs a program called Wii Stimulate.
