He is still running around a bit and going on the wheel and stuff but he hasn't been doing it as much. sometimes he'll just sit at the back of his cage with his eyes wide open. he is a robo and so he usually runs away when i try to get him. lately he just sits there and does nothing. is he alright? he ran off my hands and fell to the floor like 3 times and hasn't changed. but this time he is acting strange. any help?

  1. Sorry, but he may be dying... How old is he? It could be old age if it didn't come on suddenly. i had a hamster like that and he lived for another year! Just make the most of him.

  2. he might be sick. Take him to the vet to make sure ask them they should know what is up with your hamster.

  3. He may still be disoriented from the falls to the floor. Did he knock his little head hard. Keep a close eye on the pet and give him 24 hours and take it to the vet.

  4. Sorry hunny, but its dying.

  5. its gunna die!

  6. Your hamster isn't moving because he's dead.

  7. I doubt very much that he is going to die! To me he just sounds very scared, like when rabbits are caught in headlights they freeze, it sounds like he's just doing that. Wouldn't you be scared if you'd been dropped 3 times?!

  8. unlike all the other people that are saying that he is dead if he will sit in the back of his cage and then he will move later on that probably means that he will pass on some time soon just try to make the best out of him till he does eventually pass on

  9. its dead

  10. I would actuly watch it for another few days. If it doesn't do much then I hate to say it but it could be dieing.
