Why isn't my news etc on my yahoo page being updated?

I have been having the same problem.  And I found something odd about the problem -- if I switch to the new "beta" version of my page, the problem goes away.  If I switch back, I have about one third of my modules not updating.  Not all, just some.  

Also, I have a laptop in addition to the desktop.  If I go through my company's VPN, instead of through Comcast, my ISP, the problem goes away.  I don't know whether it's a Comcast problem or a Yahoo problem.  I've contacted both, but haven't gotten any plausible explanation.

Same here, my yahoo is buggy. I'd have to say this is a yahoo issue, since everything else is working fine. My wife's "my yahoo" page is also not getting any updated news articles. I imagine they will fix it shortly, but it has been this way for at least 3 days now.

EDIT (1/28/08) - the problem seems to be fixed
