Question:

Why isn't my spathyfillum plant flowering?

I have had a spathyfillum for the last 4 months, and the picture shows white flowers on it, however no flowers have bloomed. It is said to required lo light and moderate water, which it gets. The plant is very healthy, with MANY new leaves and grows very quickly, just no flowers. Any thoughts?

  1. They need to be mature to bloom, so it's possible that your plant is too young.  They also bloom in spring, ideally, so it could be that it's just too late for it.
