Why isn't our auto send file not being delivered anymore?

We've set up a file to be sent to all members once a month. It hasn't been sent out in a long long time. We can't even remember the last time it went out. We've tried several times to re set it, we've also edited the file and clicked to send once a month and it still doesn't get sent out.

Sounds like you've tried everything you can.  So maybe there's a problem at Yahoo's end.  To get such a problem resolved (and get that file auto-sending once per month again), contact Yahoo Groups Customer Care by filling out the form at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/... .
