Why isn't philosophy more of an excuse for people to not

"really" try and take care of problems that (they dont think ruin)any thing in "THEIR" life? after all people can't understand the real things that make philosophy even exist and normal people cannot find the real answer to anything that has already been started!

  4. Not you native tongue is it? As near as I can make out you want to know why people don't apply what they learn from philosophy. Simple philosophy is not an answer, it is a question seeking an answer. What passes for answers in philosophy is nothing more than pure speculation. That is why the tough questions can't be answered by philosophers. They do provide a way of thinking about a problem. It is up to the scientists and engineers to solve the problems by applying the principles of thought as perfected by the philosophers. It in turn reveals the flaws in the thinking which is reconsidered and a new line of thought perfected.
