Why isn't salvia illegal?

  1. They are working on criminalizing it in the states. It has been criminalized in a few countries, and while there are no federal laws that make it illegal yet, a handful of states have made laws banning the use/and or possession, as well as the sale of salvia to minors. Mainly, it isn't illegal YET, because of a lengthy analysis that the DEA must make before it can label any "drug" a controlled substance. I will admit that I've had some good times with salvia, but always knew the day would come when it would be illegal. They are working on criminalizing it, I assure you.

  5. you mean 'saliva'? it isn't illegal because we all have it.
