  1. Exactly who doesn't consider us to be trustworthy?

  2. They are not seen as responsible for their actions in war, I mean they do not ackowledge their mistakes and seek to remedy them.  The torture and treatment of prisoners of guantanamo, number of soldiers killed by friendly fire (american and ally soldiers)  Agent Orange, I really could go on.

Their intelligence was superb on WMD's - They cant find Osama !

I must admit that I dont agree with War - so I am a little prejudiced.

    I am an Australian

  3. Because our foreign policy is atrocious. We have a very interventionist foreign policy and people don't take lightly being told what to do.

  4. Ask the governments of Israel, the U.K., Austrailia, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, France (now that Sarkozy is in), Kuwait, Iraq, Japan, Georgia, and South Korea how much they trust us.

The answer would be:  with our lives.

  5. If you want "precise and clear" stop listening to political claptrap like this. Contrary to what any polls might state. Contrary to what any so-called news agency might report. The United States is the country which many countries turn to first whenever their is a crises. Actions speak louder than words, the rest is just self-serving rhetoric. The vast majority of the world does not hate Americans. The vast majority does not consider the United States untrustworthy. In fact, I would go as far as to say that the vast majority of the world does not even consider the United States in their day to day lives at all, but rather concern themselves with just making it through the day. Just like the vast majority of Americans.

  6. I think that they do, they all know that the wars we have fought were to defend them of tyranny government and even our enemies that we fought once we won we rebuild their countries. I don't think that there is a country that could say that we are not a country of rules and laws and more than that of freedom.

  7. People trust us except Iran and North Korea

  8. The only people I've ever heard describe the US as untrustworthy are leftists in American.  Oh, and Chaves, Kim Jong Il, and the President of Iran.

  9. Once we commit ourselves to a task, for example, the Iraq war, we need to finish the job.  If we are perceived as unreliable, then it usually is because almost immediately, a movement of left-wing protests, fueled by the media, that tries to force our hand to quit before we have finished the job.  This has been the case since Vietnam.
