Why isn't there a proper ruling on "what to do if husband married again without informng first wife"

People answer assertively with both views-that wife has right to divorce,while majority says that she dn't have the right to divorce.

Is there anybody who know it right?

In Pakistan ppl have to get written permission from their first wives.

and of course they wil not allow that.

in case they think to have wife without marriage.

I dont know about divorce on second marriage,but on unsatisfied s*x it is allowed.

but a man may divorce by saying the words.or the marriage become invalid by his words.

but for women it is infront qadhi that is the practice.

Of course there is a ruling on this. If a husband married again without the first wife consent, the wife could asked for divorce. If the husband didn't want to divorce her, she could apply it to the syariah court.

You can divorce but there is a process through courts. it is easier for a man to divorce you he can do it as he likes.
