Why isn't there any women F1 drivers??

I was an excellent kart driver the owner of Honda said I had potential but then I got pregnant and had the twins so I decided to quit karting all together.

There are a lot of women in karting, many of them are successful as well.

There are many reasons why women find it harder to make it all the way to F1 though:

-Girls are less likely to be encouraged to continue in motor sport by parents/friends etc.

-The initial stages of puberty give girls a slight disadvantage compared to boys. Many girls give up at this stage, before the later stages of puberty help balance it out again.

-To get into F1 you need to be either extremely rich or have  sponsors of some kind. Companies are less likely to sponsor women drivers, because so few have been successful in the past.

There just don't happen to be any that have reached that stage of the sport as yet. But there have been five female F1 drivers in the past and there probably will be more yet.

they do not have much potential as men as they focuse on their driving .If they get hurt,it will be more troublesome then men getting hurt when there is an accident.

In order to get to F1 you have to climb the motor sport ladder and men are better climbers than women.

She finished sixth in Spain in 1975 and she scored  0.5 points. She is the only women though to race in F-1 that scored any  points.

I do not really know the reason there are not more women.  I guess they did not make it very far for some reason in F-1.

I don't Know, Why isn't there any woman in the NFL. DAH. Wake up. The only reason those two woman are in indy cars is to attract more { woman } fans.

They are inclined to suffer with PMT and do a bit of road rage when being overtaken or not being able to find a parking spot!!!!!
