lol i love this question i often wondered it myself... i think its because they would have to get some sort of flavouring or at least test it, they would have to go to too much trouble and many mice are diseased anyway.

Cats kill mice they don’t really eat them, so there is no need to make mouse flavoured cat food!!!.

Because (most) people don't eat mice, and if you notice cat food flavors are those which sound good to humans.

I don't think people would want to buy Mouse Mousse.  :o)

because not all people can catch mice...

and also mice are dirty so cat food factories think that the cat will be poisoned

somebody said that cats dont actually eat mice- i disagree mine LURVE to eat mice- disgusting animals. Cost a fortune worming! 2 beautiful 1 year old sisters; they are bronze spotted egyptians and they eat the heads of mice with a crunch crunch crunch....

i guess really they dont make it because the other cat foods a by products and it would take a lot of mice to get any meat- and they couldnt sell cat food with bones in it as they would get sued when a cat choked to death!

Actually, someone tried.  It didn't sell, and cats didn't like it :) so no more mouse flavored cat food.
