Why isn’t young speed sensation Mohammad Aamer in the Pakistan squad as named to play England in two Twenty20s in Dubai on February 19 and 20?

Aamer didn’t play the last three ODIs against Australia and missed the Twenty20 match too as be battled with a groin injury. While he’s not been named in the squad as a result of that injury, Aamer is one of three reserves for the Twenty20s.
