i have a Blackberry pearl and it came witha CD

i installed it

but now im trying to connect the USB to the computer and nothing is coming up

i wanna upload pictures from my phone to the comp and put songs on it but HOW CAN I DOT THIS ppllllzzz help

i tried everything even calling the tech but they were useless

so helpme out

Ok. first you need to find the CD icon in your windows page and then double click on it. You need to have your USB and cellphone hooked up. Then it will connect.
