Why isnt my itunes not playing any music?

its nothing to do with the volume, when i press play on itunes it doesnt do anything and wont play, does anyone know why this cud be and what i can do please, thanxs

Try to reinstall Quicktime. There might be a problem with its audio player.

help menu > check for updates

A simple reboot may be the answer. But ia ssume you have tried this. I have sometimes had probs and this solved it.
