  1. Its dead.. Give it a couple years and you will find it on top of your house...

  2. its worms eating the roots virus and its dieing if that's rite or any hail can do it too careful

  3. Buy a chainsaw and show it who is boss.  The tree is dead.

  4. Deciduous trees will drop their leaves in the Fall and start to grow new leaves in Spring. Evergreen trees are green all year. Typically there is enough rainfall and or melting snow to water the roots of an old established tree. You did not mention where you live, so I am guessing at rainfall. Other important questions: Did it leaf for you last year? Did you move in this year?

    Before you take it down:

Take some pictures and bring them to a Garden Supply Center. They will help you ID it. Although it helps to bring a leaf. But that's the problem. You may want to look in your neighborhood for a similar tree with leaves. Go on a weekday morning, when the plant buyer is in, as they are the most knowledgeable about identification. They then will be able to let you know what might be going on. Too much/little water. Nutrients, etc.

    Different trees have different needs.

  5. I might have been because of one too many dogs had visited your tree and used the sides of it as a privy.  Too bad.

Hopefully, the next tree you plant, you can put some wire mesh around it, to keep pets and other animals from getting too close to it and causing damage to it.

  6. DEAD
