Why isnt my world of warcraft account not working?

I recently got on world of warcraft, (8/30/08) and about 5 hours later i tried to get on and it says, you prepaid subscription has ended, please add more gametime, blah, blah, blah. So, i got confused because blizzard usually gives u a months game time after you cancel it, which they didnt give me. Is there a bug in billing? I emailed blizzard, (btw), plz help..

go get a gf so you don't have to spend money playing games..rather spend money on HER!

You mean after you subscribe? they don't give you any time if you cancel.

If you mean after you subscribe then you should have a free month. You may have to wait a bit for it to be processed

i had tha same problem... my account did the same thing.. you'll have to buy a gamecard (30 dollars)  and add that to your gametime on worldofwarcraft.com... add it to your account and then u shood be able to play :)

Why complain if it's working? If it isn't not broke, don't fix it. Go outside and make friends instead.
