Why isnt my xbox 360 broke??

I had the 3 red lights of death probaly cause i left my xbox on all ngith but it has fans and is not covered up by anything and i had the three red lights

but now my xbox 360 is ok was it just a warning?

You got the red ring of death. That means your 360 overheated and either broke, or is about to break. If it breaks, you can get it fixed by microsoft
