Why isnt my xbox360 account management working?

Question

ok it was completely random, it wouldnt sign me into mi account and said i needed to upgrade mi payment options and thatmy account had been suspended. Then i select upgrade profile and it takes me to the account management screen except then it doesnt load and just sends mi back to the dashboard. I checked mi conection and it was fine so i have no idea whats wrong!
