Why isnt videocodezone working???!!?

I am trying to download some videos off youtube,but it is taking forever! I have a windows vista,and a very fast internet connection,but it still isnt working? Why?

Btw,what should i convert the file to in order to play it on a Sony Ericsson W580i?

    convert it to WMA or MP3
