Why it appears a message when I turn off the pc teatime.xpx is finishing?

it works alone when I am trying to turn off my oc... but I can't turn off pc if I don't give in the option cancel or to finish.. in the message,.. if I give to finish.. the teatimer xpx or something like will turn off the pc.. I don't know what is it please help me..

If you installed Spybot Search and Destroy, it's just a component of that program.  If you didn't install that program then you have a driver conflict.  Either way it's not a huge deal so don't worry about it.
