Why it wont let me enter for freebies on seventeen.com?

everytime i try to enter it keeps on saying..."We're sorry, you do not meet the age requirements to enter this sweepstakes"!!!

i checked my birthdate one million time!! can someone please help me and tell me how to fix that so it will work??

I checked the rules and it say 13years to 29 years of age or something and i'm 16!!

really? try switching your age up 1 year. thats what i do.
