Why its hard for person with a felony to get a job?

I put in a position were i had to protect myself am not a violent person at all I were in a bad position

Because nobody wants a felon as an employee,they can't be trusted.

well because they are most likely gunna think that you are gunna do a felony again

It shows something about your character, that you have broken a pretty important law.

Because if you are a felon, you have probably done something pretty bad. And people don't really change, so there is a good chance that you might do it again.

They believe once they broke the law then why should they work in their buisiness
