  1. liver is the organ responsible for various metabolic processes

like excess glucos gets converted in glycogen and gets stored in liver

    protein and fat metabolism

excess fat intake during disorders affecting liver would put excess strain on liver functions which are already affected

thus liver functions will further get deranged and affects normal physiology of liver

    thus in jaundice

    -avoid fats rich diet,oils,spicy food

    -take carbohydrate rich diet

-red meat and excess protein be avoided

saturated fats like animal fats be avoided

    -take plenty fluids

  2. if you have jaundice it means that you have a liver or gallbladder problem..

    it's like this..

bile is the fluid that digests/emulsifies fats so it could be absorbed in the small intestines..

the liver produces bile, which is then stored in the gallbladder..

no gallbladder/liver, no emulsifier, so fat intake should be lessened, coz if not, the fats then won't be digested, and can lead to gastrointestinal problems..

  3. Would you kindly clarify the etiology of the jaundice?

  4. liver  is  involved  in  its  metabolism. in  jaundice  the  liver  is  affected. hence  the  advice

  5. might do them some good, who knows.

  6. it is liver problem, more fats means damages to liver.
