Why joe calzaghe is consider a 2 division champ for winning the ring belt for hopkins but y paquiao is not?

pacquiao won the ring belt for featherweath div agains barrera for the 12 round championship belt... y he is not consider a 5 division champ..same case for joe calzaghe that he won a light heavyweigh the ring belt.. for 12 round championship..

ring magazine is undisputed making you the king of the division, pac man had WBC  titles it may be better than the other belts in the division but it aint better than ring magazine, calzaghe is ring magazine champ in both divisions, impossible to be ring champ in 5 different weights, what if your a featherweight but your currently a superlight weight the drop in weight would be to dangerous, anyway pacman vacates his belts
