Why kittens/cats like to sleep on our feet??

my kitten is doing this right now... it looks so cute... but was just wondering why they do that lol

is it like a pillow or something lol??

I USE TO HAVE TO SLEEP ON LEATHER COUCH IN THE SUMMER, BECAUSE IT WAS WHERE THE ONLY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS.

NOTHING LIKE WAKING UP SWEATY WITH FIVE CATS SLEEPING ON TOP OF YOU !!!!
