Why lemon juice is made out of concentrates, and liquid soap – out of fresh lemons?

We are actually eating a citrus product with concentrates. Liquid soaps generally have a chemical added to them to give the smell. Even if the label says real lemon there is only a trace ammount. That and the fact that it would cost to much to keep the soap isle in a freezer.

My guess would be that liquid soap using lemons from concentrate would mean that there's more lemon in a smaller area and it would be either too strong, or it would have pulp. Who knows! It's all about the manufacturer.
