Why may the stake holders of Mc Donald's ( the local community and owners/shareholders) conflict?

example- Management wants to deliver a sellable product at the lowest possible price. Employees will want to get paid as much as possible for their work, and maybe advance in the company. thats a conflict between stakeholders.

  1. The locals want to keep the money in the community. Helping with local charities and advertising for local little leagues and such. Corporate wants the money because they have gig advertising campaigns and bigger charities.
