Why men bosses are best than women bosses ?

Faster decisions, quick disposal, functional autonomy etc., the men bosses are best whereas women bosses are more emotional, less decisive and less authoritative in general. A survey report says. Nearly, 2500 gave their decisions in this survey and 68% prefer men bosses. what is your answer?

ive worked for both and i always prefer woring for a man. There are less emotions, less need to prove anything and generally have abetter style of management. .....and im a woman

I would strongly disagree. Women are starting to come stronger and stronger every year. Look at Hillary Clinton. A "WOMAN" running for presidency. That tells you right there if a woman could handle the seat not only as a President for the United States of America, but she has also been a Senator and a roll model for all young women across America. You should definately reconsider your wordage when you say "the men bosses are best". Its all about how much you know and how you can handle what you know.

i agree with jez, cant generalize about it.

i have had the same woman boss for 10 yrs and she is fantastic. have had other good women bosses and men bosses who were good. had bad of both also.

Try telling that to my wife, or even better, to her staff, who have recently nominated her for an annual management award from their global company.

You get good and bad bosses of both sexes, with different skillsets, and to suggest otherwise in really very silly. There is something known as individualism which is worth a lot more than daft stereotypical labels. The sooner the world moves on and realises that, the better it will be for everyone.
