Why must I sign in every time?

all of a sudden, I have to sign in to my yahoo every time that I log on

Because they want to make sure it is you who accesses your account, or your authorized rep.

check the box that says keep me signed in on this computer

just x the box that is under neath the sign in that says"remeber me"

and then it automatically goes to your page

Under 'messenger', go to your preferences and set it to automatically sign on.  You may have to sign in and check the boxes that say "remember my ID and password."

So yahoo knows what name to put on your answers or questions...DUH!!!

log in and then click "remember me on this computer"
