Why my 3 year old son having bad breath?

This is generally manageable with self-care. Step up your oral hygiene regimen.. Astring-o-sol will work for his good. It can also be caused by decay of tooth or maybe stomach problems either.

Most likely he has an infection  and you should take him to the dr to be evaluated.

maybe because of his teeth..i think his teeth weren't brushed everyday..why don't and your son pay a visit in a dentist..

I would suggest you take him to the doctors. Quite often a sore throat or infected tonsils will give a sweet smelling breath. Even infected sinus which in young children is quite common. If it is his sinus that are infected then they often run down the back of the throat and gives this bad breath. Get him checked out as if this recurrent there could be an underlying problem. ie tonsils, adenoids, ear or sinus infection.
