Why my 360 on my comments list emotions data don't move.on some people blog i still see the emotions move

some people ask me why my emotions don't moveing on my commets list,

Certain emoticons for the quick comments move (like the "Dancing" one); others do not. Also, not all countries have the same emoticons. So, if you have a USA-hosted Yahoo!360, none of your emoticons move. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-1qCkw2Eha...  where the difference between quick comments for countries are mentioned.
