Why my 7 month old jack russell won't eat treats when his outside? ?

That is a good question. I wonder if he is stressed.  Maybe he thinks he is only allowed to eat in the house.

My dog doesn't like treats if he's busy or playing outside.  He is too busy to be in the mood for treats or is hot.

i have a 3 yr old jack russel terrior he hates treats try boiling some chicke and giving him that as a subsutute no spices though
