  1. need a lot more details.

    What does the documentation for it say? Is it designed to operate only on 12 volts DC? If yes, then you have your answer.

    If no, what does it require for power?

    By the way, 110 volts and 30 amps is much too high for a refrigerator. Thats 3300 watts. Most refrigerators run on 200-300 watts. So you are misreading something.
