Why my boot screen is take loooooooong time than any time more ?

Question

i bought a new 512 ram and i was have 256 one before now i have 768MB of ram but it now take long time in boot screen than before

ps: i have changed the resoultion when i buy the 512 Ram From 800X600 to 1024X768 and the hard drive C have 1.93 GB free space

you could have too many programs loading in your start up program. you should go through them and eliminate those you don't use all the time. you can see what loads at the bottom right of your screen.
