Why my cocktail always looks tired and sleepy? It also walks like a duck. ?

you drink too much, then! do you mean cockatiel?

Are you talking abot a drink or a bird... Mine has a sort of waddle to it..so i think that they naturaly walk like ducks. Sometimes when they are bored they will just sit in their cage kinda puffed with one leg inside the feathers. They have down time too. I wouldn't be too worried just as long as ur bird isn't like this all the time.

belive it or not they are not that active. I have 2 cockatils and 4 parakeets and they are never in their cages. They are takin a nap as im writing this. They dont fly as much too. MAybe daily they would fly aroun my apartment at least 10 to 15 times.  They sing mostly in the morning and one of mines sings every night at 10;30 :) They sing during the day but they mostly rest i really dont know whet are they resting from :)

  All the bigger parrots walk funny slow duck movement wich i think its cute.

    have you tried givin him some toys. I got few branches regular tree branches that i tied down to the cage now they hoop from one branch to another. keep his mind stimulated. get a lot of toys and like i said branches. They like higher levels in the house so see if there is a branch in your neighborhood. Try that and it should be fine. Tie a shoe lace on the cage they like to chew rope and everything made out of cotton

may be sick also make sure he/she get enough sleep 10-12 hours a night at same time and put dark sheet over cage if your not sure if sleeping well
