Why my computer can't Hibernate?

Question

When I try to Hibernate my computer, it goes to the Preparing to Hibernate screen and then it returns to my desktop. I never had this problem before, it was only recently that it keeps on doing this. My computer is a Acer laptop that uses Windows XP Home Edition with 758MB RAM. Can anyone help?
