Why my female B&G Macaw is AGGRESSIVE?

Question

I have a male (Harley) and a female (Ginger) B&G macaws. My male bird is very attached to my wife and he is a real sweet heart to me also. Now my female bird she is very aggressive to my wife. The other day my wife went to kiss her and she bit a hole through her lip and wouldn't let go. She will not let anybody get near me or when I pay attention to my other animals, She gets very jealous. How can I fix this problem or can it be fixed?? I love them both and give them both the same amount of attention.

I just adopted a 12 yr old male B&G for the same reason you have described...

So I'm thinking it's a situation that can't be fixed...

He Loved the man, but hated his wife!!!

Now in my home, he Loves me and tolerates my husband!
