Why my i-pod is freezing up?

Question

I have had my i-pod nano for 4 weeks now. I have about 150 songs on it. 2 days ago it just froze up. I can scroll on it but when i try and push a command it does nothing . HELP!!

that is a I pod thing take it to a apple store they will fix or replace and get the ins or whatever they call it  I swapped mine out 3 years ago it never froze again

it happening to every body not just you call 1-800-MYAPPLE

press and hold menu and the button in the middle for about ten seconds

the ipod will restart

it always works for me
