Why my knee and ankle hurts?

Question

ok i am 29 yrs old and since i was 9yrs old my knees crack but only when i kneel down or something. know i hear the crack when i walk and i feel like my bones in my right knee are getting stuck and i have to stop walking to undo what ever is going on. it has been about 1 month and now my knee hurts when i walk or bend it. today my knee is Little swollen just a little and my ankle hurts a bit. what can be wrong? i have no ins till the end of the month. i never hurt myself... i don't understand what is going on.

i have had the same problem some people are born with low cartilage in parts of there body's  you may need to go to the doc and have a MRI i have had to have a full knee replacement due to mine
