Why my left eye can't open as big as right eye?

my right eye is a tiny bit bigger tahn the left one when i open them the biggest...but if i opne them normally, my left eye can't tend to be even more smaller... what can i do to make them open the same?... my left eye also has worse vision than the right one.. any help?

You have a lazy eye. Cover your stronger eye for a long duration (e.g. half a year). After a while your lazy eye will improve.
