Why my legs turned blue while watching television

Question

Can someone tell me why my legs turned blue for no reason. I was just watching tv and my daughter said Mommy your legs are blue? I had no pain anywhere and I feel fine. My husband and I still haven't figured it out. So far it hasn't happened again yet.

are you overweight?

My legs go num after awhile.

My mother had blood clots in her legs.  Best to get a doctor to check it out.
