Why no minivans for 8 persons for rent in Ontario?

You'll find that most standard minivans out there seat 7 passengers, but there are some rental agencies with bigger (premium) cars that you can rent.

"Budget" has an 8-seater among their fleet of cars.

And, "National Car Rental" has a Chevy Suburban, which also apparently seats 8.
