Why none of the NATO senior officers that took part in bombing of Serbia aren't accused of war crimes?

More than 3000 Serbian civilians were killed by NATO bombs on purpose.Serbian army proved to be a tough opponent (less than 2% of Serbian army potentials were destroyed during 3 month war in 1999),so NATO cowards decided to bomb civilians in attempt to break Serbian resistance.How come it is not counted as genocide/war crime?Is it because there is no real justice left in world,just american justice?

Because serbian SS troops were ethnic cleansing whole villages of non-serbs in the same manner they had done in Bosnia and Croat earlier.

Serbian fascists bought back to our TV screens an echo of words the world thought they had forgot like "ethnic cleansing" "concentration camp" "racial genocide", the serbian SS and the same chetniks and General nedic who collaborated with the n***s to make serbia the first "juden frei" city in 1943 were alive again in the heart of Europe.

The western intervention in Kosovo and Balkans was a just war like the allies fought in WW2 to stop the n***s and the holocaust. sometimes their is a peace to be found on the other side of war.

Serbia can only move on if it gets its head out the history books and brings to justice war criminal still at large like General Radko Mladic

How can anyone REFUTE that these people have been starved? look at their bodies, can the author show any evidence that Trnopolge, Omarska, Vukovar, Screbinsca was a lie? or that serbia launched violence first by attacking croatia,slovenia in 1991, 1992 bosnia, 1998 kosovo

Indeed Serbia resisted to the n***s and it is a shame to portray her as an uncivilised and brutal people, whereas the only thing she ever tried to do was to protect her own citizens from the rapes and killings and old monastery-burnings that we witnessed in Kossovo from the Albanians. In the same way, when Russia rotected Ossetians from genocide, she was the "bad" guy. The effect of this propaganda is due to the "good guys" "bad guys" simplistic logic of  the public, mainly in the US. This has been cultivated for years with films and TV. So when a country is portrayed as "good" or "bad", automatically all of her actions are "good" or "bad" respectively in the mind of Americans - not all Americans, of course!! That is why they accept blindly their own country's actions: people with a brain contest their politicians' decisions, in all countries, mostly in Europe. So do many informed Americans. And what are they being called by their compatriots? "Anti-Americans". This is absurd. In Greece, where democracy was born and is still very much in our souls, the government is always scrutinised and controlled and every bad thing she does is always accused by the opposition and the media. That's how they don't get away with stuff. I mean sure they are not punished for them, but at least they are not praised for them either!

That's the U.S.A. and NATO tactics. Yugoslavia was planned by them to fall apart, Serbians to be humiliated and eliminated, Bosnians to be declared victims of war, and Serbobosnians "war criminals".

And more than that, the genocide of Serbians in Kosovo by the Albanians according to NATO did not exist, as they can now establish their bases there, and make Albanians their faithful followers (allies).

Serbia and Russia are two thorns in the eye of the U.S.A. imperialistic policy,  and they will be blamed for all kinds of "crimes", with the support of U.S.A. allies and agents (Like Saakasvili), helped also by the Pentagon controlled media.

The real war criminals are out there preaching about "Democracy", "Freedom" and "Justice", running at the same time the worst concentration camp in the history of humanity: Guantanamo.

Because the leaders of the US, France, Britain and Germany were liberals at the time.

There was no UN approval for the bombing of serbia or the intervention into Kosavo.

The UN had only approved the intervention into Bosnia.

Thats why the international legal community has been quiet about the initial invasion of iraq.

To condemn it and call for a war crimes trail, they would also have to call for a war crimes trail for the NATO leaders who went into Kosavo and bombed Serbia.

The liberal governments of the 'allied forces' of the time brought the unjust intervention on Serbia and unfortunately managed to get away with it.

The senior or any other officer, will never stand any trial. Nor will they be accused of any war crimes. Because THEY set the rules, and as we say in Serbia - 'kod njih i nož i kolač' meaning they make the laws AND carry them out. I know it sounds cynical but it's the truth.

Supporting proof of that is a simple fact that whenever an agreement is signed with a country to use its territory for NATO forces transit, no claims, charges or lawsuits can be raised against their soldiers.

Isn't that proof enough that a priori they set a law which allows them to do whatever they want? And remain unpunished.

The irony is that all the countries have signed this shameful agreement, because the US has its subtle ways of making them do so.

My simple advice is: please don't waste your time on things you can't change, but concentrate on changing the public opinion as you're doing here, trying to make your voice heard. You see how many people here call you uninformed, and yet you were the live witness of the events?

because serbia death squads were eliminating non-serbs all over the balkans at a time when these nations from moving from communism to democracy. The serbs carried out atrocities from Vukovar, Screbinsca, Omarska, Trnopolje, Screbinsca and built n**i style death camps.

General Nedics chetniks who aided the n***s in 1943 to make serbia the first "juden frei" country in Europe were alive again in Europe.

NATO Intervention was completely justified it just came late, they helped restore the peace and stability Balkans have now.

Sure some civilians died in NATO operations but the difference is Serb were DELIBERATELY killing civilians wherease NATO done everything possible to avoid civilian death. how dare Serbs shed crocodile tears when the people who died were infact fleeing from Serb persecution!

the reason they aren't accused of war crimes is, because they didn't commit any. It's as simple as that.

sorry your Serbia was NOT the first or even the second country to in the world to have a resistance movement against n**i Germany. Germany itself was the first, followed by Austria,Czechoslovakia,Poland, and so on. it is hard to have credibility when you don't show any credibility in your arguments.

sorry being the first town liberated does not make you the first to have a anti-n**i Germany resistance movement.  there is a big difference in the two. how many times did the Resistance lose the towns they liberated? more than once in most cases. the Chetniks also became allies of the Germans against Tito so now your argument carries even less credibility.

War criminals are always hidden behind organised media brainwashing. From security of their warm room and their armchair - people have no idea where Serbia is nor what is behind the curtain.

When killing innocent people goes on outside their borders - for them it is "helping poor minorities". They always have a demonized-by-purpose Serbian nation as a target. They pay billions to islamize Europe and make it weak. Serbs were blocking entrance to Europe to muslim invaders for centuries. If Serbs were not Orthodox it would never happened.

Meanwhile the times changed, muslims have oil/petrol that everybody needs. So westerners prefer to sell their souls and have petrol. Tomorrow their children will be learning Qur'an at schools. They do not think about tomorrow.

I wonder: if Hitler was an American - wouldn't they find him a hero and a liberator ??? Wouldn't they find thousand reasons to justify his genocidal actions ??

It's just amazing how Serbians are trying to wash their hands full of blood from recent wars in Ex-Yugoslavia, by blaming the NATO for stopping them killing Innocent civilians. First case of genocide in Europe after the WW2 is committed by Serbian forces, conducting a full range war against civilians, in a sick attempt of changing of the ethnic map of the region. Somebody had to stop them and NATO did a great job in a military action that finally bring the peace in Balkan peninsula. For my opinion, NATO should act much earlier and with more force in cases like this. When I read questions like this one I realize that Serbians have a long way to go before they realize that we are actually living in XXI century and not in a dark middle age, until they realize that, the rest of the world should impose sanctions and quarantine them, not allowing them to spread their language of hate among other nations. If one country doesn't apply civilized laws, that country does not deserve to exists at all.

Georgian president Saakashvili will also avoid accusations. In spite of all facts of genocide been collected by Russian investigators now. And how funny is that some people in the West think that Russians are barbarians. There were some bad things during the Cold war, like invading Chekoslovakia,  but if the USSR had existed in 1999, those Serbs would have been alive.

Condi just ignored that massacre of the Ossetians, like Olbreit ignored the massacre of the Serbs. I think it was just their plan. Nobody will help us. It's our job to defend ourselves.

you are without doubt the most ill-informed idiot i have seen posting a question on here on a subject you clearly know nothing about,forget your silly research on facts and numbers and study the art of warfare instead and the by product of such a situation that existed during that sad conflict,EDIT,i call you ill informed and will continue to do so ,you show a complete lack of understanding if you truely believe that NATO bombs were targetting serbian civilians on purpose,you may well have been there,so was i and without the support your country had the death toll would have been a lot higher and thats what makes you so illinformed,there are none so blind as those who will not see ,maybe we should have just left you to get on with it.
