  1. Prince Harry, when he marries, will be granted a peerage title.Duke of Lancaster is a very remote possibility, though;Duke of Lancaster and Duke of Normandy are the monarch's titles. It is highly unlikely that Harry will ever be king.He will receive another Dukedom that is open.

  2. Prince Henry will likely receive a dukedom upon his marriage (though this is not certain; his uncle, Prince Edward, for example, received an earldom instead of a traditional dukedom upon his marriage in 1999). It is extremely unlikely, however, that the title Duke of Lancaster will be granted to the Prince. The title Duke of Lancaster has historically been associated with the monarch him or herself. The last time that the title was actually awarded was in 1399 for the Prince of Wales (the future Henry V) by his father Henry IV, who had also held the title before coming to the throne. It has since been used as a customary title for the sovereign, with Queen Elizabeth II being known as the current Duke of Lancaster (she is always styled with the male form of the title, and never as "Duchess of Lancaster").

Interestingly enough, the actual Duchy of Lancaster (not the title, but the lands still associated with it) is one of only two current duchies in the United Kingdom (the other being the Duchy of Cornwall, which is associated with the heir-apparent: today Charles). It is the personal property of the Queen herself and is not the possession of the Crown.

Some previous royal ducal titles which may be revived for Prince Henry include: Duke of Clarence, Duke of Cambridge, Duke of Strathearn, Duke of Sussex, Duke of Ross, and Duke of Kendal

    Only time will tell. :)

  3. Prince Edward received an earldom instead of a traditional dukedom upon his marriage in 1999. However, the intention of the queen was to grant him the Duke of Edinburgh eventually on the death of his father.

    - Perhaps since Prince Edward is not very fond of titles they will grant it to Prince Harry instead.
