Why not use a battery to produce the hydrogen gas.

Question

When ever a battery is rapidly charged or discharge, it gives off hydrogen gas that is very explosive. Why not use this process to produce the hydrogen gas and supplement your fuel sytem in automobiles. You have probably hear of explosion caused by open flames around batteries.

Its very simple, the amount of energy produced by the explosion(s) is less than the electricity required to produce the gas.
