  1. people been cutting trees!

  2. 1.  There are less trees and foliage.

Half the rainforests in the world have been destroyed to clear ground to graze cattle to make beef burgers. The burning of the forests contributes 20% of all green-house gases. Roughly 1,000 species a year become extinct because of the destruction of the rainforests.

    2.  There are more carbon emissions than ever before due to a population increase of mankind and the increase in animals raised for human consumption.

Animal waste (f***s) generates double the amount of carbon emissions than automobile use.

  3. That makes sense because there are less trees to do the job.   A few years ago, NASA completed a Clean Air Plant Study that proved that certain plants could remove certain harmful gasses better than others..

  4. Nah.... They are still absorbing the same amount or more since they are growing faster with the higher CO2 levels. Trees love CO2 so in reality... More CO2 is kind of the "Green" way of living but whatever....

  5. carbon monoxide is more in air than co2.

so it cannot accept carbon monoxide..

  6. i wouldnt say they r absorbing less. they r most likely still absorbing the same amount as 'back then', there is just more carbon dioxide present in the air.

  7. no. abosrobption is the same. however as the no of plants and trees are lesser then before so they consume less carbon dioxide then before.!!!

  8. cos if you ate the same food every day for millionsof years you'd get bored with it too
