We black and latino is the same but diffrent race

IT has nothing to do with race, like some here would imply.  Doubtful that anybody is more "hot blodded" than some Greeks, Spaniards, pr Italians.   It is because emotional displays are culturally acceptable within and among the members of those cultures.  In contrast, the Scots, the Germans and others are notioriusly stoic in regard to circusmstances that would manifest emotion in others.  Neither is better or worse ...only different.  So it all depends on you family and culture.
