  1. When in rome higgy. f off

  2. wondering the same thing most aussies don't like either soccer or rugby!

AFL is the sport of australia!!

  3. mhm sharna is a bit of a nutter, the last time i heard the 2 biggest and fastest growing states are dominated by league? either who, yeah first time i came on here i was confused too, i think i posted a q in the rugby section about the nrl and the people their told me to come here lol

  4. Sharna Eagles, It may have escaped your notice, but Australia has a strong Rugby team, the Wallabys, & many domestic teams as well. Going on the fact you call yourself 'eagles' you must live in the west, therefore I excuse your ignorance as I hear the education system over there is not so hot! You also haven't noticed our Socceroos have done rather well in their code internationally & the sport is very popular in the eastern states. So I would suggest you keep your comments to your own sport(?) which, after all, is a spin off of Gaelic football, (emphasis on the 'g*y')

  5. Because they use their feet as well as their bodies and buff heads to play and they compete in Leagues

  6. Because the number one nation playing RL is Australia despite being the number 3 football code in Australia.  Most of the RL talent comes from Australia and when they are finished here they wind up on pensions in the UK or converting to Union and going to France.

  7. When I was in Australia they called rugby football and football soccer.

Don't worry, I gave them the whole argument of soccer being played with feet, hence football, while rugby was mostly thrown or carried, but it didn't wash with them.

  8. Yeah it confused me too at first. "Rugby" on it's own refers to Rugby Union.

  9. go manly

    :)
