Why on my computer images and searches put up a continue button and then takes me to a shopping site?

I can't search for things on the internet (Internet Explorer) or images because everytime I click on the link, it displays a blank pages with a box that says continue and then it takes me to something completely random and its becoming a hassle

try a restart on your computer if that does not work do a scan with you anti-virus to see if you have any ad or spyware to eliminate them if you do/

Sounds screwed up. Try a restart on the pc and see if it fixes.
